Womb Healing, Health and Support

Service Description

These sessions are one-on-one, dedicated to help you to navigate, heal and connect with your womb. It will give you the sacred knowledge and holistic practices to assist with different female disorders or womb concerns. I will share knowledge and practices that could include: Sister Sharing & Guidance | Exploring Holistic Healing Approaches | Moon Cycle Alignment | Natural Herbal and Plant Medicine Alternatives | Exploring Nutrition & Supplements | Divine Feminine Practices | Womb Connection | 20 - 30 min Womb Yoga | Pelvic Journey Mapping | Breathwork. *You will receive a Resource Guide specifically based on your womb concerns and needs to help you navigate through your healing after the session (Included in the cost) These sessions are centred around you and your experience and seeks to bring you into womb healing and connection. It is aimed at assisting you with the improvement of your basic lifestyle, pain reduction and management, fertility and conception, healing from medical and surgical interventions and hormonal birth control.

Cancellation Policy

All classes must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 3hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. If you have booked an online class, but miss it, you will be able to access a recording of the class for 24hours after the scheduled time of the class. If you have booked an in-person class, but miss it without consultation with the instructor, you will forfeit the booking and payment. Arrangements can be made for rescheduling should you not be able to attend a booked class, within a reasonable time communicated with the instructor. Classes are not refundable.
