Ingredients: Chaste berry, Lady's Mantle, Raspberry Leaves, Red Clover, Rose Petals, Stinging Nettle, Yarrow, Cranberry

Serving Instructions:
Brew in Plunger
Add 1Tbsp for every 300ml cup to the plunger
Add boiling water
Press down after 5 min
Tea is best served as is. A slice of lemon is optional for taste.
Infuser
Using an infuser kettle, add boiling water to the kettle
Add 2 Tbsps (makes 4) of tea leaves into the infuser
Place infuser in the boiling water and let it steep for 4-5 min

Always store the tea properly, keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture, mold or heat.
Keep brewing time no longer than 5 minutes. Add a teaspoon of honey if your tea is too strong.
