An aromatic blend of calming herbs, gently soothing you into the comfort of relaxation and serenity. As the name suggests, this tea is meant to bring tranquility to your night-time, bringing you into a deep repose and helping you to awaken, feeling fresh after having a good night’s rest. 

 

Its healing properties are bountiful, helping with improving sleep quality, calming the body and mind, easing anxiety and depressive feelings, positively influencing the mood, acting as a sedative and reducing pain and inflammation. It has a beautiful citrus undertone. 

 

Ingredients: Chamomile Flowers, Lavender Blossom, Lemongrass, Lemon Balm, Sweet Orange Peel

Makes 15 servings. 1 tablespoon = 1 serving

 

Serving Instructions:

 

Brew in Plunger

  • Add 1Tbsp for every 300ml cup to the plunger

  • Add boiling water 

  • Press down after 5 min 

  • Tea is best served as is. A slice of lemon is optional for taste. 

 

Infuser

  • Using an infuser kettle, add boiling water to the kettle

  • Add 2 Tbsps (makes 4) of tea leaves into the infuser

  • Place infuser in the boiling water and let it steep for 4-5 min

  • Tea is best served as is. A slice of lemon is optional for taste. 

 

NB! This tea is relatively safe during pregnancy, but do consult with your doctor before consuming it. 
 

NOTE!

  • Always store the tea properly, keep it away from direct sunlight, moisture, mold or heat.

  • Keep brewing time no longer than 5 minutes. Add a teaspoon of honey if your tea is too strong.

  • Don’t drink too much tea before bed. Ideally, drink it at least 30-60 minutes before going to sleep. Choose a small cup because having too much liquid may interfere with your sleep.

  • If you are drinking some herbal tea for the first time and suffering from any serious disease, take medication or are allergic to some ingredients, it’s best to consult with your doctor or a pharmacist. Although these herbal ingredients are likely safe and drunk by millions of people around the world, there is always a possibility of side effects.
