Service Description
In this class we will focus on moving energy through the spine and shoulders to recharge the central nervous system and deeply ground us. From that stability, we are able to connect with and trust our intuition. This healing practice is both energetically clearing and energizing. It is specifically designed to prepare us to sit for a longer period of meditation afterward and set powerful intentions.

Cancellation Policy
All classes must be prepaid and all clients agree to our 3hr notice policy when cancelling and/or rescheduling. If you have booked an online class, but miss it, you will be able to access a recording of the class for 24hours after the scheduled time of the class. If you have booked an in-person class, but miss it without consultation with the instructor, you will forfeit the booking and payment. Arrangements can be made for rescheduling should you not be able to attend a booked class, within a reasonable time communicated with the instructor. Classes are not refundable.
